40 years ago my anatomy teacher held up a spine and told a story about George Washington Carver who when asked how he learned so much about the peanut responded that he loved the peanut and when you love someone or something it tells you its secrets. My teacher advised us to Love the spine....I have and I have learned some secrets and the most powerful one is shared on this meditation.
