Getting to The Source
Welcome to the next meditation in your Conscious Weight Loss Program. In this session, you’ll be guided into a deep, receptive state, allowing you to gently explore any people or experiences that may have contributed to unhealthy eating habits.
This meditation also offers an opportunity to acknowledge and release any negative feelings you may hold about your body. Through forgiveness, positive affirmations, and self-compassion, you’ll be encouraged to lighten your emotional load and create space for healing.
As you move forward, you’ll be invited to take meaningful action steps that support your journey toward a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and your body.
