This is an excellent multi mode, meditation that helps you regain control of your feeling state, and become calm through deliberate and highly controlled breathing, as well as other techniques . It is an obviously well thought out and put together meditation that has made me feel extremely relaxed and calm and de-stressed. I would recommend it to anyone. Leonard Magnus, Santa Fe NM
