๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Hebrew Metta Meditation โ€“ Embrace Peace Through Sacred Words

$0.00

This meditation draws upon the transformative power of Hebrew wordsโ€”Shema (Listen, Hear), Ani (I Am), and Shalom (Peace)โ€”to bring healing and tranquility to yourself and the world around you.

As you repeat these sacred words, you will open yourself to the deep peace they carry, allowing their energy to wash over your mind, heart, and spirit. Inspired by Metta meditation, this practice invites you to radiate love and compassion, not only inwardly but outwardly, connecting with the greater world in a profound and healing way.

A special thanks to the Whispering Waters Sangha for introducing me to Metta meditation and encouraging me to share this sacred practice. Length 21:45

Using the power of the Hebrew words for "listen"  "I Am" and "Peace" you will send Peace to yourself and out into the world. Much gratitude to Whispering Waters Sangha for introducing me to Metta Meditation as well as encouraging me to record this powerful meditation.

โ€œBeautiful. I find that The Shema is a nice meditation on its own with a breath on each word & a pause in between. I learned that from a Rabbi who leads Kabbalat Shabbat services. When I say that prayer I feel connected to the Universe. This meditation reminded me of that and also other meditations Iโ€™ve done. I tend to see my religion & spirituality as separate (e.g.I donโ€™t engage in all the Jewish rituals & realized a few years ago that I prefer a traditional shul service with the โ€œnew-ageyโ€ stuff outside it) but itโ€™s amazing when they connect.โ€
